What’s the time commitment?You’ll be with us for two full days of immersive, interactive learning each day, with breaks and a time for you to break away for lunch. For VIPs, you’ll schedule your 45-minute power coaching session at your convenience within 30 days. 🗓️ 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM ET each day We’ll include breaks, movement moments, and reflection time — so you stay energized and engaged.

What do I need to prepare?You’ll need: A computer with camera/mic access (you will definitely want your camera ON!) A quiet space where you can engage without distractions A stable internet connection Your favorite notebook or journal (though we’ll also provide a digital workbook!) We’ll send a prep email with all the details and tech tips to make your experience smooth and powerful.

Will I be sitting on Zoom all day?Definitely not. This is not your average zoom style event. We use breakout rooms, group challenges, and activities that keep you moving, reflecting, and building meaningful connections.

What if I can’t attend both full days?We strongly recommend attending live for the full experience. You’ll still get access to the workbook, even if you miss part of the event. If you choose the VIP option, you will get access to the full video recordings for 60 days following the sessions and the coaching session.
