Our Building a Successful Image for Change (BASIC) Program has served more than 8,000 marginalized job seekers. The BASIC program is a comprehensive career readiness training program that prepares job seekers with the essential (soft) skills needed to succeed in today's job market. By leveraging our expertise in program design and implementation, we support government efforts to enhance workforce inclusivity and economic empowerment. The BASIC program is available for licensure and train-the-trainer only. 

Facilitator training is pivotal in our approach to engaging and empowering marginalized communities through human-centered human services. Our programs not only equip facilitators with essential skills in empathy, active listening, and cultural competence but also emphasize the importance of building trust and fostering genuine connections with community members.  Through this approach, we ensure that every interaction is respectful, supportive, and responsive to the diverse needs of individuals facing challenges.

One-on-one coaching services within government agencies play a crucial role in enhancing leadership effectiveness and agency performance. We provide tailored coaching programs designed to support government leaders and staff at all levels in achieving their professional goals and driving positive outcomes. Through confidential one-on-one sessions, goal-setting, and feedback mechanisms, our coaching services foster personal growth, resilience, and innovation among government personnel.
