Nonprofit Navigator is tailored package designed to guide emerging nonprofit organizations through their critical early years. Whether you’re building a strong board, enhancing leadership skills, or developing essential governance documents, Nonprofit Navigator offers the expertise and resources you need to steer your mission toward success. With flexible options and personalized coaching, this package ensures your nonprofit is well-equipped to thrive and make a lasting impact. All sessions are virtual.

Eligibility:

  • Must be a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

  • Must have been in business for 1 to 5 years (For more established organizations, visit Nonprofit Growth Accelerator)​

Services included (requires a 3-month commitment):

  1. Board Recruitment Assistance OR Board Training Session

    • Choose between help with recruiting new board members or a training session tailored to your current board’s needs.

  2. 15 Hours of Leadership Coaching for the Founder, Executive Director, or Board Chair

    • Personalized coaching to strengthen leadership skills and drive the organization’s mission forward.

  3. Facilitation of One Board Retreat OR One Board Planning Session

    • Engage in strategic discussions, team-building, and future planning with the support of an experienced facilitator.

  4. Edit and review of Governance Documents

    • Comprehensive support in reviewing and refining your bylaws, board policies, procedures, and onboarding processes.

 

Inclusive Pricing Structure:

  • Basic Package: $3,500

    • Includes Board Recruitment Assistance OR Board Training Session, Review and refinement of Governance Documents (bylaws, board policies, procedures, and onboarding process).

  • Standard Package: $5,500

    • Includes everything in the Basic Package plus Facilitation of One Board Retreat OR One Board Planning Session.

  • Leadership Coaching Add-On: $2,025

    • 9 hours of Leadership Coaching for the Founder, Executive Director, OR Board Chair. This can be added to either the Basic or Standard Package.

  • Premium Package: $7,000 (includes a 7% discount)

    • Includes everything in the Standard Package plus the Leadership Coaching Add-On.

Limited Enrollment:

We accept a maximum of three organizations into the Nonprofit Navigator program at a time to ensure personalized attention

and tailored support for each participant.
